This Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) of CIRCLE OF WEALTH FUND III LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (the “Company” or “Fund”), is by and among Secured Investment Corp., a Wyoming corporation (the “Initial Member” or “Manager”), and each additional Person who becomes a Member in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Any capitalized terms used herein but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Offering Circular dated August 12, 2019, as amended from time to time (the "Offering Circular").
