This Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this 5th day of February, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Creative Learning Corporation (“CLC” or the “Company”), Bart Mitchell, Gary Herman, JoyAnn Kenny-Charlton on the one hand and Christopher Rego (“Rego”) and Rod Whiton (“Whiton”) (collectively, “Rego/Whiton”) and John Simento and R.
