THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on October 23, 2018 by and between Veoneer Inc. (the “Company”), and Nishant Batra (the "Executive”), to be effective as of the Effective Date, as defined in Section 1.
