THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into on September 07, 2019 by and between Veoneer Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Mikael Landberg (the “Executive"), to be effective as of the Effective Date, as defined in Section I. References herein to the Company shall, as applicable, be deemed to include the Company's affiliates.
