This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT is dated as of November 4, 2019 (the “Agreement”), between Arlo Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Seller”), and Verisure S.À.R.L., a Swiss limited liability company (“Purchaser”) (each, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”).
