THIS LOAN AND SECURITY AGREEMENT is dated as of October 27, 2021, by and among ARLO TECHNOLOGIES, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Arlo”; together with any other entity joined hereto as a borrower hereunder, each, a “Borrower” and collectively, the “Borrowers”) and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., a national banking association (including any Lending Office, “Lender”).
