THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), dated as of the 27 day of April, 2023 ("Effective Date"), is between Trend Innovations Holding Inc., a Nevada corporation whose principal address is 5348 VEGAS DRIVE, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89108, USA c/o Eastbiz.com. Inc. ("Company"), and PAUL AVERILL, an individual resident of the State of Florida whose principal address is 4846 Veracity Point, Sanford, FL 32771. Suite 320 (“Employee"). The Company and Employee are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "Parties" and individually as a “Party.”
