THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), dated as of the 17th day of January, 2024 ("Effective Date"), is between Avant Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation whose principal address is c/o Eastbiz.com 5348 VEGAS DRIVE, LAS VEGAS, NV, 89108, USA ("Company"), and Jared Pelski, an individual resident of the State of Wisconsin whose principal address is 735 W Main St. Madison, WI 53715 (“Employee"). The Company and Employee are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to in this Agreement as the "Parties" and individually as a “Party.”
