THIS INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, effective as of July 1, 2023, is made between FRANKLIN TEMPLETON ETF TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of BrandywineGLOBAL-U.S. Fixed Income ETF (the “Fund”), a series of the Trust, and FRANKLIN ADVISERS, INC., a California corporation (the “Manager”).
