THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 11, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between, Warehouse Goods LLC, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Barbara Sher (the “Employee”). (Company and Employee are sometimes individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”).
