This Employment Letter Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective as of July 1, 2023 (“Effective Date”), is made by and between Eric Levenhagen (the “Executive”) and Sun Country, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (together with any of its subsidiaries and affiliates) as may employ the Executive from time to time, and any and all successors thereto (the “Company”), and outlines the terms of your employment with the Company.
