Agreement made as of June 28, 2018, between OSI ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust and registered open-end management investment company (the “Trust”), and O’Shares Investment Advisers, LLC (the “Adviser”), a registered investment adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”).
