INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT BETWEEN FS GLOBAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES FUND AND FS GLOBAL ADVISOR, LLC This Investment Advisory Agreement (the "Agreement") is made this 18th day of April, by and between FS GLOBAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES FUND, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Fund"), and FS GLOBAL ADVISOR, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Adviser").
