THIS AGREEMENT, effective as of the 26th day of February, 2021 by and between Virtus AllianzGI Artificial Intelligence & Technology Opportunities Fund, a Massachusetts business trust (the “Fund”), and Virtus Investment Advisers, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Adviser”).
