Amended and Restated Investment Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) made and entered into as of May 12, 2021, by and between Tax Free Target Maturity Fund for Puerto Rico Residents, Inc. (the “Fund”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and a management investment company currently registering under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”), and UBS Asset Managers of Puerto Rico, a division of UBS Trust Company of Puerto Rico (the “Adviser”), the Fund’s investment adviser, currently registering under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”).
