THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into on October 29, 2019 and effective as of October 21, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), between Covetrus, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) and Benjamin Wolin (the “Executive” and collectively with the Company, the “Parties”). All references herein to the Company shall include the Company’s subsidiaries, where applicable.
