This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 17, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Jonathan Kaufman (the “Executive”) and LIPELLA PHARMACEUTICALS, INC., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”).
