Limited (深圳市比一比网络科技有限公司), a Chinese company whose Unified Social Credit Code is 91330101MA2CF1CM2H ("BEYEBE" or “Licensee”), and, on the other, Transit Pro Tech. Limited, a Hong Kong corporation (Company No. 3301669) (the “Licensor” or “Supplier”).
