This Consulting Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of December 5, 2024, between Spartan Capital Securities, LLC (the “Consultant” or “Advisor”), and Lipella Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”). The Company and the Consultant are collectively herein referred to as the “Parties.”
