This Executive Employment Agreement (this "Agreement") is made as of the 16th day of March 2020 by and between CoJax Oil and Gas Corporation, a Virginia corporation (the "Company"), and Wm. Barrett Wellman, a natural person, residing in the Commonwealth of Virginia ("Executive"). Executive and Company may also be referred to individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
