This Agreement is made as of March 21, 2022 by and between CIM Real Assets & Credit Fund, a registered investment company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware with its principal place of business located in Los Angeles, California (the “Company”) and UMB Bank, n.a., a national banking association with its principal place of business located in Kansas City, Missouri (the "Custodian").
