This Indenture (as amended or supplemented from time to time, this "Indenture") is dated as of June 28, 2024 between Sunnova Helios XIV Issuer, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, as issuer (the "Issuer"), and Wilmington Trust, National Association, a national banking association, not in its individual capacity but solely in its capacity as indenture trustee (together with its successors and assigns in such capacity, the "Indenture Trustee").
