Audubon Ct. Spokane WA 99224, and BioxyTran Inc. hereinafter (“BIXT,” or “Company”) maintaining its principal offices at 233 Needham Street Suite 300, Newton, MA 02464. BIXT and RU each a “Party” and together the “Parties.”
