This Amendment No. 5 to Revolving Credit and Security Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of March 15, 2024 by and among Divvy Peach, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as borrower (the “Borrower”), the Lenders party hereto and Goldman Sachs Bank USA, as administrative agent for the Secured Parties (in such capacity, together with its successors and assigns, the “Administrative Agent”).
