THIS EXECUTIVE EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of June 21, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), between Caret Holdings, Inc, a Delaware corporation (and collectively with its parents, subsidiaries, and other corporate affiliates, and its or their successors or assigns (the “Company”), and Anirban Kundu (“Executive”). The Company and Executive are each referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
