This AMENDMENT No. 2 TO THE CREDIT AGREEMENT (this "Amendment"), dated as of March 30, 2022, is entered into by and among AGILETHOUGHT, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Ultimate Holdings”) and AGILETHOUGHT MEXICO, S.A.
