THIS FORBEARANCE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of April 18, 2023, is entered into by and among AGILETHOUGHT, INC., a Delaware corporation (“Ultimate Holdings”) and AGILETHOUGHT MEXICO, S.A.
