We refer to the global custodial services agreements between Dimensional Emerging Markets Value Fund, on behalf of certain investment portfolios listed on Appendix A (each a "Client"), and Citibank N.A., acting through its branch located in London (the "Global Custodian") dated December 21, 2012 (as amended, restated or supplemented, the "Custody Agreement").
