This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of July 29, 2020, by and between RKT Holdings, LLC (the “Company”) and Brian Brown (“Executive” and, together with the Company, the “Parties”).

This INCREASED COMMITMENT SUPPLEMENT (this “Supplement”) is dated as of August 7, 2023 and entered into by and among ROCKET MORTGAGE, LLC (the “Borrower”), WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (the “New Lender”) and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., as administrative agent for itself and the other Lenders (in such capacity, together with its successors in such capacity, the “Agent”), and is made with reference to that certain Revolving Credit Agreement dated as of August 10, 2022 (as amended, the “Credit Agreement”), by and among the Borrower, the Lenders party thereto and the Agent. Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the same meanings herein as set forth in the Credit Agreement.
