THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made as of November 25, 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Paya Holdings Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), Paya, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Employer”) and Mindy Doster (“Executive”).
