THIS BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT is made as of the 27th day of May, 2021, by and between the Weitz Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of each of its separate investment series set forth on Schedule A attached hereto (the “Funds”), and Weitz Investment Management, Inc., a Nebraska corporation (the “Administrator”).

THIS AGREEMENT, dated as of December 16 2016, and amended as of March 3, 2021, is made and entered into by and between the Weitz Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Institutional Class of the Core Plus Income Fund (the “Fund”), and Weitz Investment Management, Inc. (the “Adviser”).
