This Consulting Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 6th day of March 2024, by and between Energy Vault, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Zia Huque (“Consultant”) in the County of Los Angeles, State of California. The Company desires to retain Consultant as an independent contractor to perform consulting services for the Company and Consultant is willing to perform such services, on terms set forth more fully below.
