THIS SEVENTH AMENDMENT effective as of the last date on the signature block, to the Distribution Agreement, dated as of October 8, 2014 (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Alpha Architect ETF Trust (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust and Quasar Distributors, LLC (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company.

THIS A FEE WAIVER AGREEMENT (the “Waiver Agreement”) is made effective as of the 30th day of December, 2020 by and between Alpha Architect ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of its series, the Merlyn.AI Best-of-Breed Core Momentum ETF and Merlyn.AI SectorSurfer Momentum ETF (each, a “Fund” and together, the “Funds”) and Empowered Funds, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (the “Adviser”). The Trust and the Adviser are referred to herein as the “Parties.”
