THIS STOCK PURCHASE AGREEMENT, effective as of the June 28, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Custodian Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Seller”) and Chan Yit Wei, Teh Boo Yim, Falcon Venture Capital Limited, Chan Kim Thiam, and Dengfeng Management Limited (collectively the “Buyers”).
