THIS AGREEMENT, made by and between Alpha Architect ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the fund or funds listed on Schedule A attached hereto (individually, a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”), and Empowered Funds, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (the “Adviser”) effective as of March 18, 2022 (the “Effective Date”).

This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 18th day of March, 2022, by and between Empowered Funds, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company with its principal place of business at 19 E. Eagle Road, Havertown, PA 19083, doing business as ETF Architect (the “Adviser”), Alpha Architect ETF Trust (the “Trust”), and Relative Sentiment Technologies, LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 17 Urb Costa Verde, Palmas Del Mar, Humacao, PR 00791 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
