This Asset Purchase Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 20th, 2023, is entered into between Flowerkist, Inc. a Nevada Company, (“Seller”) and Flowerkist Skin Care and Cosmetics, Inc., (OTC PINK: FKST) a Nevada Corporation (“Buyer”).
