(“WHL”), a BVI company, Xiaobei Huang, Dan Sun, Desheng Zhou, and Cheng Xu, the Shareholders of WHL (the “Shareholders”), SSHT S&T Group Ltd, a Nevada corporation (“SSHT”), Zonghan Wu (“ZHW”), the Chairman of SSHT. Collectively, the Shareholders, WHL, SSHT, and ZHW are the “Parties.”
