Ltd., a Singapore private company limited by shares with company registration number 200602001D (the “Company”, and together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, the “Company Group”), and Sudhir Appukuttan Panikassery (the “Executive”) (together, the “Parties” and each a “Party”).
