This Agreement is executed amongst Unicoin Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its mailing address at 228 Park Ave South, 16065, New York, NY 10003 (“Unicoin” or the “Company”); Kenneth Toppin, an individual, citizen of citizen of The Bahamas with passport no.
