This Agreement is made as of this 6th day of May, 2024 by and among Destra Investment Trust (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of its series the Altegris/AACA Opportunistic Real Estate Fund (the “Fund”), Destra Capital Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”) and registered investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and American Assets Capital Advisers, LLC (the “Sub-Adviser”).
