This AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE to the Credit Agreement (as defined below) (this “Amendment”) is made effective as of the 20th day of December, 2022, by and among LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC, as borrower (“Borrower”), SIGNATURE BANK, as administrative agent (in such capacity, “Administrative Agent”), and SIGNATURE BANK, as a lender and the other Lender party thereto (collectively, “Lender”).
