Camelback Road, Suite 605, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 (the “Adviser”), ETF Opportunities Trust (the “Trust”), Toroso Investments, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 898 N. Broadway, Suite 2, Massapequa, New York, 11758 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
