Bakayeva st, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan 720000 (hereinafter collectively referred to as Company) and GLIDELOGIC CORP., at 21/1 Erkindik Ave, ste. 187, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan 720000 (hereinafter referred to as Consultant).
