MOBILE APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 2nd day of April, 2021 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Aidana Seitgazieva (“Client”) and Cyber App Solutions (“Developer”).
