This PLATFORM SERVICES, TRANSFER AGENT AND REGISTRAR AGREEMENT, including all exhibits hereto (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of April 18, 2024 (“Effective Date”), and is by and between Landa Transfer Agent LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with offices at 20 W 22nd street, New York, NY, 10010 (“Landa TA”), Landa Holdings with offices at 20 W 22nd street, New York, NY, 10010 (the “Issuer”), and Dalmore Group LLC (“Dalmore”) each a “Party”, together the “Parties”.
