We refer to the Offer of Employment between you (“Employee”) and Biohaven Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Biohaven”). dated August 1, 2022 (“Initial Agreement”). Following the closing of the merger of Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. with Pfizer Inc. on October 3, 2022, we propose to amend and restate the Initial Agreement as follows.
