This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 24 day of January, 2024 by and among Valkyrie ETF Trust II, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and Valkyrie Funds LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (the “Adviser”) and Vident Advisory, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Sub-Adviser”).
