This Investment Sub-Advisory Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 5th day of January, 2024 by and among Valkyrie Funds LLC, a Delaware limited liability company company with its principal place of business at 320 Seven Springs Way, Suite 250, Brentwood, TN 37027 (the “Adviser”), Valkyrie ETF Trust II, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and Vident Advisory, LLC, (doing business as Vident Asset Management) a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 515, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
