This Amended and Restated Expense Limitation Agreement is made by and between New Age Alpha Advisors, LLC (the “Adviser”) and New Age Alpha Funds Trust (the “Trust”) (this “Agreement”), on behalf of the series of the NAA Market Neutral Real Estate Fund and NAA Opportunity Fund(each a “Fund,” and collectively, the “Funds”) as of October 1, 2024 with respect to each Fund.
