ARTICULATION / TRANSFER AGREEMENT

THIS ARTICULATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into on July 27, 2020 by and between SOUTH COLLEGE and PELLISSIPPI STATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE. The parties desire to enter into a contract pursuant to which students of PELLISSIPPI STATE will be eligible for articulated course credits at SOUTH COLLEGE, according to the terms contained in this Agreement. The term of this Agreement shall be one (1) year commencing on [July 27, 2020] and shall renew automatically for additional one year terms, unless notice of termination is given by either party. Such notice of termination must be given in writing no less than thirty (30) days prior to renewal date.
